Family Heirloom Recipes

Owner, Samuel Garcia’s heirloom family recipes originated from his native Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico- born mother, Maria Garcia, and every ingredient in every dish on the menu contains her signature flavors. The restaurant namesakes, in fact, are those of his brothers Chalo and Lalo, and the entire family is involved in the inspiration and creation of all its cuisine. The Garcia’s have a long history of cooking for their communities. Their El Paso, Texas restaurant in the late 1970’s was the original location, and the family has owned and operated 3 restaurants since, including this Quinlan, Texas location.
